Job Description:

Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets across channels to maximize performance and ensure efficient use of resources.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to improve ad copy, creative, targeting, and overall campaign performance.
Audience Segmentation: Identify and segment target audiences to tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and implement these insights to enhance campaign performance.
Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to update them on campaign progress, insights, and recommendations.
