In 2021, our founders were running their own DTC brand on Shopify. Like most founders, they hired an SEO agency, then a paid media buyer, then an email freelancer, then a creative shop. Five vendors. Five dashboards. Five different stories about what was actually working.
The brand grew — but slower than it should have. Channels worked against each other. Reports never reconciled. Every Monday meeting was someone explaining why their channel wasn't to blame.
So we built the team we wished we could hire: senior operators across every channel, working as one pod, reporting to one P&L view. We ran our own brand on it for 18 months. Revenue tripled. Margins improved. The Monday meetings disappeared.
Today, ShopFillip runs the growth function for 120+ Shopify and DTC brands across India, the US, the UK, the Middle East, and Australia. We've managed over $50M in ad spend, ranked stores for 2,800+ buyer-intent keywords, and generated north of $200M in attributed client revenue.
