We're a small, opinionated team of eCommerce operators based in Jaipur, building the growth function we wished existed when we ran our own brands. Now we run it for 120+ Shopify stores around the world.

Born from frustration.

ShopFillip didn't start as an agency. It started as a workaround for a problem we couldn't solve any other way.

In 2021, our founders were running their own DTC brand on Shopify. Like most founders, they hired an SEO agency, then a paid media buyer, then an email freelancer, then a creative shop. Five vendors. Five dashboards. Five different stories about what was actually working.

The brand grew — but slower than it should have. Channels worked against each other. Reports never reconciled. Every Monday meeting was someone explaining why their channel wasn't to blame.

So we built the team we wished we could hire: senior operators across every channel, working as one pod, reporting to one P&L view. We ran our own brand on it for 18 months. Revenue tripled. Margins improved. The Monday meetings disappeared.

Today, ShopFillip runs the growth function for 120+ Shopify and DTC brands across India, the US, the UK, the Middle East, and Australia. We've managed over $50M in ad spend, ranked stores for 2,800+ buyer-intent keywords, and generated north of $200M in attributed client revenue.

We're still small by design. We'd rather work with 80 brands deeply than 800 brands shallowly. Every client engagement is named — you know who's executing your work, and they know your business inside out.

And yes, we're still operators at heart. Most of our team has run, built, or sold their own eCommerce brand. We've been on your side of the table. That's the difference.

The first brand
Our founders launch a DTC brand on Shopify. Hire 5 vendors. Get frustrated. Start sketching the agency that should exist.
2022
First external clients
Friends start asking us to run their brands the same way. We take on 8 clients. Revenue triples for most of them within 6 months.
2023
ShopFillip officially launches
We formalize as a venture of Lumotis®. Open the Jaipur office. Hire our first full-service growth pod. Cross 30 active clients by year-end.
2024
International expansion
First clients in the US, UK, and UAE. Cross $20M in managed ad spend. Build the first version of our custom revenue attribution dashboard.
2025
AI-driven services
Roll out AI-powered SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and predictive analytics. Cross 100 active clients and $50M in managed spend.
2026
Where we are now
120+ active brands across 5 countries. $200M in attributed client revenue. Building the next generation of growth tooling alongside our agency work.
