Each pod is dedicated to your account — not shared. Adding a new client means assembling a new senior team and scaling carefully so we don't dilute service quality. We'd rather work with 8 brands deeply than 80 brands shallowly.

No. The $14,997/mo covers our pod & service. Ad spend (Google, Meta, etc.), creator fees, tool subscriptions (Klaviyo, Postscript, Triple Whale, etc.) are paid by you directly. Most clients in this tier run $20k–$80k/mo in combined external spend on top of our retainer.

If we haven't delivered measurable progress on the agreed KPIs (typically 1.5x revenue lift or 30% LTV/CAC improvement) by end of month 6, you stop paying us. Period. We've never had to invoke this in 47 engagements — the math works when the foundation is right.

Yes. Your pod is named, dedicated, and consistent. Your strategist sticks with you for the duration of the engagement. The only swaps happen if a team member leaves the company — in which case we onboard the replacement at our cost, not yours.

Absolutely. About 30% of our full-service clients keep something in-house (often brand creative or PR) and we integrate around it. We'll be honest in the discovery call about whether we add more value than fragmentation costs you.
