6. Refund Policy
6.1 Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the start of the service order.
- Refund requests made after 7 days from the start of the service order will not be eligible for a refund.

- In exceptional cases, such as failure to deliver the agreed-upon service or gross negligence, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
